Enterprise Networking

Today's enterprise networks are in transition. Business needs demand ever more powerful, reliable, secure and scalable networks that can lead to increased profitability and accelerated business success. Across the network new mission critical applications are being deployed to increase employee productivity and decrease operating costs. For today's Enterprise customer, gaining a true competitive advantage from their network requires that enterprises reduce network complexity and bottlenecks, while providing better application and network response time.

Gigantic provides the speed, performance, and flexibility required for today's enterprise networks. Data networking solutions include a broad portfolio of products designed to securely deliver Layer 2 connectivity, Layer 3 routing and Quality of Service, combined with Layer 4-7 content-aware intelligence. Integrating Layer 2-7 switching capabilities into one solution.

Structured Cabling:

provides the critical backbone of a communication system. Gigantic understands the complex issues involved in planning, installing and maintaining network communication systems with Structured Cabling. With our expertise and experience, we provides our customers with the commitment that their telecommunications infrastructure, no matter how complex, will be designed, constructed, and installed to meet their current and future business needs.

Voice Solution:

Voice industry has undergone through a drastic change on the technology front in few past years. Recently revolutionizing technologies like IP telephony have been introduced which has changed the definition of enterprise communication. Now two kinds of voice solutions are available in the market. One is recently introduced VoIP and another is PBX.

Most common employed voice solution is VoIP. VoIP is Voice over Internet Protocol and is also termed as IP Telephony, Internet telephony, Broadband telephony, Broadband Phone and Voice over Broadband. VoIP is generally described as the routing of voice conversations over the Internet or through any other IP-based network. VoIP, or Voice over Internet Protocol, is a method for taking analog audio signals, like the kind you hear when you talk on the phone, and turning them into digital data that can be transmitted over the Internet. Voice over IP protocols carry telephony signals as digital audio, typically reduced in data rate using speech data compression techniques.

Another commonly employed voice solution is EPABX/PA. EPABX is Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange and most commonly abbreviated as PBX i.e. private branch exchange. Thus it allows all users to share a certain number of external phone lines. The typical EPABX can also switch calls between a VoIP user and a traditional telephone user, or between two traditional telephone users. With a conventional PBX, separate networks are necessary for voice and data communications.

Gigantic has become one of the pioneering companies to deliver voice solutions in India at world standards. We have expertise in installing VoIP as well as PBX. Our professional team not only provides professional installation but also complete satisfaction and is backed by a seamless integrated support system. We provide a high quality support services to access a quality product at an affordable cost. One of the main advantages of employing our company to install voice solutions in your organization is that both VoIP as well as PBX is available using a single line to each user which cuts installation cost to a great extent. It thus provides flexibility as an enterprise grows, and can also reduce long-term operation and maintenance costs.

Call Center Solution:

NY-Cube™ architecture creates complex communication systems from 'LEGO™- like' building blocks (NY-Cubes) of functionality. A message passing software bus with an open interface ensures easy addition of new functional components. It also allows load distribution among multiple copies of each functional cube. Proprietary and legacy components are integrated through adapter cubes. This distributed Beowulf cluster of NY-Cubes supports high levels of redundancy, fault tolerance and performance scalability. Functional cubes at each layer of convergence use a uniform set of well-defined services offered by its lower layer. Thus the Entity Management Layer uses profile and endpoint information to activate and control the applications in the Dialog Component Layer. At the highest level of convergence the Service Creation Layer ties it all together to present a personalized user experience.

ISP / Careers:

Service providers are facing challenging issues today. Telco's are battling fixed-to-mobile substitution and service providers around the globe are looking for ways stimulate faster broadband adoption, reduce churn and offer bundled voice, Internet, TV and multimedia services that simplify life for consumers. Meanwhile consumers are demanding better, easier-to-use solutions. Desire for mobile access to email on-the-go is growing, while small businesses and consumers want to be able to share rich multimedia content — music, photos and multimedia messages through email on any device.

Gigantic has designed and implemented last mile solutions for leading services provider , and its expertise in network engineering, along with its partnership with leading hardware and software vendors, make it the right choice for designing and deploying the services.

Our wireless broadband system and FSO are designed to help Carriers; ISP and cable operators add capacity, increase revenues and grow their businesses faster and more cost-effectively. The point-to-multipoint system offers speeds from 2 mbps to 14 Mbps (aggregate data rates) and the point-point system delivers from 2 Mbps to 2.5Gbps data rates to your users now.

Wireless Broadband:

Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] radio network consists of base stations and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) radios. The Access Points (AP) are typically mounted on towers or tall buildings since each customer requires line-of-sight (LOS) back to the base station in order to receive service. Each Access Point delivers bandwidth to each subscriber unit (up to 2 Mbps) within its service sector. We have equipment which operates in the license free spectrum (2.4 GHz, 5.3 GHz, and 5.8 GHz) to deliver last mile access. With the right equipment, user can enjoy quick return on investment while offering their customers dependable, high speed, always-on, broadband service.

Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] offers effective, economic and secure high-speed wireless communications solutions to Telecom service providers, Internet services provider, Governments, Institutes, Healthcare, and Enterprises.

The explosive growth of telecommunications, together with the massive rise in internet usage, has fuelled the demand for rapid, cost-effective broadband access solution. This demand is not only from operators rolling our new networks; there is a growing need for more broadband capacity within mature networks, which cannot easily be met with existing wire-based systems.

Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] offers a leading solution in responding to this demand. Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] eliminates the need for costly wireline infrastructure, bringing voice and high speed data services to every user within the range of base station. The broad-based acceptance of the Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] technology is due to huge benefits it offers in terms of fast, easy and cost effective deployment, unsurpassed flexibility and reduced cost of ownership. Our Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] solutions are easily scalable, providing a fast and economic solution for new broadband capacity whether in city centre or in remote rural locations. Thousands of customers can quickly be connected to wireless broadband in a fraction of the time taken using traditional wireline technologies. Broadband Wireless Access [BWA] offers effective, economic and secure high-speed wireless communications solutions to Telecom Service Providers, Internet services provider, overnments, Institutes, Healthcare and Enterprises.

Wireless Networking

Today Enterprises are experiencing a rising tide of network traffic that is overwhelming the typical connections. With enterprises standardizing on Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) network speeds, the paltry 2-megabit connections between most buildings are heavily restricting throughput to over come we have wireless.

wireless solutions provide full-duplex wireless connectivity at variable distances from less than 1 mile to as far as 40 miles away. They are ideal alternatives to multiple E1/T1s or fiber-optic cables and can be used to extend or provide redundancy to existing fiber networks. Because they are wireless and license-free, WANs eliminate wire/fiber installation costs and recurring monthly fees - delivering carrier-class performance quickly, at a fraction of the cost of wired connections.

This technology is offering businesses including telecom service providers, governments and enterprises effective, economic and secure high-speed wireless communications solutions. Wireless specializes in high-speed Internet access, VoIP, data network extension, and wireless data and telephony backhaul, utilizing its high quality products and industry-leading technologies.
