Gigantic does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the ‘users’, for an Monthly/ Quarterly / Semi Annual/ Annual. Non-Feasible case only entertain for refunding. Time for a refund to be affected is 4-6 weeks. Gigantic follow TRAI/DOT Policy Guideline in case of billing disputes, Gigantic user’s has mandatory to put the formal mail/particular concerns on registered e-mail id support@gtel.in and same will be addressed in 4-6 weeks, by way of a discount/ credit note passed in the account of the ‘users’.

In any case or circumstances where the user ID/ID’s (Internet Connection) is/are not getting renewed by the user even then INR 50/Months need to be paid by the user to “Gigantic Infotel Private Limited” until the complete disconnection
